379TH BGA
MEMBERSHIP
Regular membership in the Association is open to all
persons who were members of the 379th
Bombardment Group (H) assigned to units attached to the
Group at Kimbolton, Huntingdonshire, England (AAF
Station 117) during World War II. Spouses, children and
their spouses, grandchildren, widows, widowers, members
of the 379th Bomb Wing (SAC) (now deactivated), the 379th
Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW), and other ancestors or
lineal descendents of said veterans are also eligible
for regular membership.
Past
or present members of the Armed Forces, air historians
and other persons interested in the goals of the
organization may apply for associate membership.
Associate members may attend reunion meetings and
receive organizational mailings, but have no voting
rights.
All
current paid dues members receive three issues annually
of CONTRAILS, the official newsletter of the 379th.
Annual dues (for the period Jan 1 through Dec 31) are
$30.00 for everyone; billed in two-year increments
($60.00). A 379th BG WWII veteran may elect
to become a Life Member. Life Membership for a 379th
BG WWII veteran is $75.00.
